Another floor exercise is using the Total Gym at the bottom of the door frame and tucking your feet under it to help hold them for performing various styles of sit-ups and crunches to help sculpt a set of washboard abs.

There are three separate grip handles that allows a person to workout different areas of their body while hanging from the door frame, there are chin-ups and pull-ups in different positions which help to target different core muscles within the body.
